It took me a long time to realize something powerful:

I am my life’s greatest work.

Every part of me—my body, my intellect, my creativity, my love, and so much more—is mine to evolve and shape and nurture. I am the steward of the things that make me “me” - and that realization changed my life in ways I could never have imagined.
